Our collection includes elegant sedans from Mercedes-Benz and BMW, refined crossovers such as the Porsche Cayenne, luxury SUVs including Range Rover models, grand touring vehicles, and select convertibles. Each vehicle is maintained to the highest standards with regular servicing, detailed cleaning, and climate preparation before every arrangement. The specific models available vary by season and arrangement type, with our extended engagements offering the widest selection.

Reservations begin with a conversation about your needs, either by phone or through our contact form. We'll discuss your preferred dates, vehicle preferences, and any specific requirements. Once we've identified the right arrangement, we'll confirm availability and send you the booking details via email. A deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the balance due at pickup. For extended engagements, we schedule a brief consultation to ensure the vehicle matches your daily patterns and expectations.

All arrangements include comprehensive insurance coverage, 24-hour roadside assistance, a prepared and freshened vehicle cabin, and a reasonable mileage allowance suited to the arrangement duration. Weekend and extended engagements also include amenity provisions, scenic route recommendations, and access to our concierge team for any questions or assistance during your rental period. Fuel is not included, and the vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

We understand that plans can shift. Modifications to your arrangement are welcomed with as much notice as possible. Extensions can typically be arranged if the vehicle remains available, though rates may differ from the original booking. For significant changes or early returns, please contact our team directly. We aim to accommodate adjustments whenever feasible while maintaining fair terms for all clients.

Our primary location at Mandarin Gallery on Orchard Road is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pickup and return arrangements outside these hours can be coordinated for weekend and extended engagements with advance notice. We also offer delivery and collection services for certain arrangements, which can be discussed during your booking consultation.

You'll need a valid Singapore driving licence or an international driving permit along with your national licence. We also require a credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit, and identification such as a passport or national ID card. For extended engagements, we may request additional documentation to verify address or employment status. All drivers must be at least 25 years of age with a minimum of two years of driving experience.
